Amplicon celebrates 50 glorious years at Founders Day

What a momentous occasion! On Friday 4th August, Team Amplicon took on another year celebrating 50 glorious years of Amplicon’s history on Founders day. It was an elegant affair, set in the historic Stanmer House, and adorned in Amplicon orange.

The Amplicon family was treated to a delicious two course meal accompanied with a classy saxophone player. The team was then whisked up into a helicopter ride that lasted 20 minutes, hovering Brighton’s wonderful sights and landmarks including the Brighton Palace Pier and AMEX Stadium.

With the meal and ride over, it was time to announce the long-waited Amplicon Oscars winners. We would like to say well done to Neil Stanyard for winning the People’s Choice Award and Sarim Shehzad for winning the Outstanding Performance Award. In addition, we would like to congratulate our runner up Bradley Coleman and the nominees Ilir Ipeku and James Greetham. Richard Munson, Darren Saxby and Neil Stanyard also received a special mention for their contribution to the business throughout the year.

As the day went on, the Amplicon Team moved on to the dancefloor showing off their incredible skills. We couldn’t get enough of Tahsina Rahman and Vijayakumar catchy dance moves and of course Darren’s interesting boogie moves.

It is safe to say, that this year’s Founders Day was truly once in a lifetime experience. Reflecting on everyone who has made Amplicon what it is today, making the day more special.
