The ZT4420LXI series is part of a new family of high resolution oscilloscopes from Ztec. It provides all the functionality of a bench-top oscilloscope in a space saving footprint. The interface to ATE or a PC based system is via Ethernet or USB.

The ZT4420LXI series is loaded with traditional oscilloscope features such as flexible signal conditioning and advanced triggering. Extensive memory segmenting, sequencing and triggering options, along with a very deep memory provide flexible and powerful signal acquisition modules.

The ZT4420 family is supplied with ZScope software which provides a familiar traditional instrument front panel.
