Sandra joined Amplicon in March 2005 as a Senior Sales Administrator. Having come from a background of sales administration/customer service it was felt that her experience and skills could benefit a then newly formed Sales Administration team.
At the end of 2009, Sandra took on a new position as Credit Controller, and has passed her admin roles onto Emma Pearce.
Role
Sandra's main jobs as Credit Controller are:
Phoning and emailing customers for overdue payments
To liaise with sales representatives, as appropriate, regarding account status of their clients
Printing bank statements and processing customer payments
Processing credit card payments
The allocation of customer payments on account
Sending copy invoices
Bi-monthly statement run
Payment term negotiation
Putting unpaid accounts on stop, issuing final demand and next step to retrieve monies
