The main activities of the product specialist are:

• Manage product life cycle, specifying and introducing new products
• Work as part of the business team with sales, purchasing and technical support to ensure a full product, support and service offering is provided to our customers
• Analyse, summarise and report competitor, market and sales information
• Write and proof product and technical support information for inclusion on company website and marketing material
• Provide product and technical training to sales, support and customers
• Contribute to the marketing plan for the data communications group
