Luke Rushton joined Amplicon as an Application & Support Engineer in September 2011; having previously enjoyed a successful 13 year career working at Heathrow as a systems engineer. Luke is highly experienced in all aspects of systems engineering. He works closely with the engineering manager in our technical/product support department.
Role
Luke's main responsibilities are:
Inspect goods and issue Certificates of Conformance
Provide initial support for customer enquiries. Including on-line chat support
Troubleshooting all technical aspects, including client support
Provide support with the introduction of new products including product evaluation and training sessions
