Benchtop Oscilloscopes

Our range of benchtop oscilloscopes from Agilent starts with dual channel 60MHz bandwidth oscilloscope, and goes up to a four channel 1GHz bandwidth oscilloscope with 16 digital channels, and a 12" display.

The Agilent range of benchtop oscilloscopes includes the low cost DSO3000 series, the DSO5000 series with deep memory, the InfiniiVision 6000 series for portable high performance or mixed signal analysis with battery option, and now the InfiniiVision 7000 series for analog or mixed signal analysis with the largest display in the class.

This means we can provide a benchtop oscilloscope to meet your performance needs and budget, whether its to debug a serial data bus, or for R&D. The InfiniiVision MSO6000 series and MSO7000 series have 16 digital input signals in addition to the analog inputs, for analysing logic channels. We can also provide dynamic probe software with these versions, to test Xilinx or Altera FPGA's.
