This family of high density digital I/O boards from ADLINK can be used in CompactPCI or PXI chassis. All the I/O ports are accessed by 32-bit I/O instructions yielding increased data throughput. Opto-isolators, with an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms, provide protection between host computer and the I/O device, in the event of spikes or surges. This high level of protective isolation ensures suitability for rugged industrial applications.
