Choice of expansion: Models are available to provide both PCI and PCI Express expansion.
eSATA expansion: Two eSATA ports allow external storage devices to be connected. These can be used to provide permanent additional storage, or used to transfer large amounts of data using a portable device.
Watchdog timer: Applications can incorporate this feature, to remotely reset the machine in the event of a software lock-up.
